HARRY POTTER MAKEUP BRUSHES
If you know me, then you will know i am the BIGGEST Harry Potter fan. For as long as i can remember, i have always been a true potterhead. Ask me any HP related question and chances are, i will know the answer. (Little bit sad, but we all have our obsessions!) I love harry potter merch, especially when its beauty related!
By now, i am sure you have all seen a set of Harry Potter Makeup Brushes whilst scrolling through Facebook. I have been tagged too many times to count in posts like these. But for some reason, i never went out my way to buy a set. Luckily my sister bought me a set as part of my Christmas present and It’s fair to say i was absolutely over the moon with them.
The set i received were bought from ebay. They cost just under £7 which is a bloody good bargain! The set contains 5 brushes, all with different harry potter designs which are beaaautiful! Since i never bought them, sadly i cant give any details on how long shipping took. However, they are shipped from London so if you’re in the UK then it shouldn’t take too long!
The brushes didn’t arrive in any sort of fancy packaging. It was a very basic clear cellophane type bag and each brush was packaged into their own individual wrapping.
The quality of the brushes really did blow my expectations. From the pictures you see on social media, they look quite cheap and flimsy. Luckily they are amazing quality, each brush handle is beautiful designed and they all have a nice weight to them.
For applying makeup, they work just as well as any other cheaper makeup brush. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and for £7 i couldn’t fault them.
I am obsessed with each of the 5 designs, there is a design to represent each house.
Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and the Hogwarts Crest.
Overall i am really pleased with everything about these brushes. They are perfect for display purposes and of course their main purpose as makeup brushes. For any potterhead out there, grab yourself a set of these magical makeup brushes!
